The caring staff at The Foundry Pub & Grille serve up classic American style dining in a relaxed setting. A hearty breakfast of steel cut oats or eggs benedict lays a solid foundation for a successful day on the slopes. Don’t forget to check out the marquee ceramic oven at the hearth of this casual restaurant. 

At The Foundry, you’ll find early morning powder-hounds planning their route for the day. As well as the brunch crowd, sleeping in after a hard days skiing, or a long night of après.


After a morning of skiing the 76 runs on offer at Jay Peak, you’ll be ready to refuel before heading back out for ‘Round 2’. Ski right up to the door of Howie’s and chow down on that well-earned lunch.

The smoked short rib mac and cheese and the Jay burger, are some of the classic comfort food choices on offer here. The restaurant is bright, the people are welcoming and it’s named after a local legend, Howard Johnson. It doesn’t get more authentic than Howie’s.
